Hi there.

Recently put through a upgrade for our home.

I've decided that I don't want the upgrade to the full fibre 500 I want to stick to fibre 65 as all these steps for the upgrade will interfere with the flat itself and I don't want that and therefore I need to cancel the upgrade and the engineer visit as I don't want anyone messing with the walls and stuff and I don't have the permission which I didn't think would be a problem but it is required apparently and I can't get it so there is another reason why I need this to go away and to stay on our current broadband package.

Moving this to the Full Fibre section, as you posted under "email", @Finlay11 .

But for anything to do with cancelling an order you definitely need to contact Talktalk directly yourself.

You would be best to phone and cancel this as staff are not back until monday and don't have access to Full Fibre systems.
