I’m paying £16 per month for unlimited UK calls. I don’t want need or use this but when I go to ‘manage add ins’ to remove it as it claims I can do anytime it’s not there to deselect!

Yes please; my account has finally renewed but I no longer require the £16 add-on for unlimited calls. Thanks for your anticipated help....

Talktalk just doesn't seem to be nailing that glitch in My Account, @DavidFGoodman.
