About every hour my connection keeps dropping from every device in the house and only restarting the router solves the issue.
The light remains solid white but no devices has any internet connection. It will come back after about half an hour on its own but inevitably cut out again.

Thanks for that. I have asked one of TalkTalk's support to pick your thread up and investigate it for you.
They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first.
To save yourself time, please make sure that your community profile includes your first & last names, Full Fibre account number & if possible an alternative contact number. This can be done by clicking on your Avatar picture and then clicking on "My Settings" followed by:-
Personal Profile > Personal Information
Otherwise, TalkTalk will not be able to tie up your forum username to your broadband account. Only you & TalkTalk have visibility of your details.

13 posts so far hijacking members threads and saying exactly the same, if you had engaged your brain before your fingers you would realise with 3.6 million customers there is always going to be a small number that are having issues what percent of these 3.6 million customers do you think are having problems i can tell you its a minimal number but don't let that get in the way of your childish little campaign, you will be banned when the mods see this and your little insignificant campaign will vanish forever along with you.

Same issue still .for me keep dropping every hour or two . must be an openreach structure issue .. can anyone get an agent to chat with ? Waited for 3 hours last night

This is the issue I’m having it’s absolutely shocking I can’t get anyone on the phone or on live chat. I’m so angry never had this before they tested the line and said it’s my home set up load of crap

Do you have any wired (Ethernet) devices, or are you just using wireless ones?
