I have had full fibre 150 installed recently. My problem is with Voip as I now keep getting
‘ghost’ calls twice an hour. The call display shows ‘no number’ plus the call time. I have
already spent some considerable time on the help chat line being passed from one wrong department to another without any real help to solve the problem. It must be
up to TalkTalk to rectify the problem as it they who are providing the VoiP service.

Hi, experiencing this issue also with calls at 19 and 49 past the hour. Is there a way to fix this? Has only been installed this week so assumed it may be tests being ran on the line but just concerned if it‘s something that may last longer.

For them to identify your account, please add your Talktalk phone number in Personal Information and your account number in Private Notes, at the end of that section.
Go via your avatar/name; settings; drop down menu. SAVE CHANGES.
