I have 150 fibre installed and I wish had not got it period.
the signal from that box they call a router is pathetic, all walls in our home are hollow and I cannot get my laptop to connect im tbe same room or anywhere else and some tv apps dont work also webpage links is "TYPOS" or just won't connect to a lot of websites. this eero 6 is not fit for purpose and thereby Talktalk are not honouring their contract

Hey, the support team are trying to help, you know? They did ask if you just have the one eero, I guess that's a yes. And do complete your community profile as I mentioned earlier.

The router is in the same place as the old router and I dont have £100 for an eero 6 extender on Amazon (that's per extender) and none of this was explained when taking out the fibre 150 subscription? and with the mainly non signals in any other room that in itself deems the Eero 6 router is "not fit for purpose" therefore the ISP TalkTalk are not upholding up their end of the contract, after researching the Eero 6 there are literally hundreds upon hundreds of complaints regarding the poor quality of signals or no signals at all.
Also the cables are far too short to move the Eero 6 router anywhere else in the living room let alone a different room other than where it is currently is situated.
I believe thay TalkTalk have mislead me with the extremely poor wifi signal distribution and any extentions whether wired or wireless is the responsibility of Talktalk providing equipment for the purpose intended for and to state that I am extremely unhappy and disappointed with the Eero 6 router is an understatement.
Please get this sorted asap
Monday
Good morning,
I'm sorry to hear this. How many eeros do you have please?

I have a single eero in the kitchen I have no problem connecting in any room and speeds are fine in all rooms it's an old house with thick walls it may be a problem with your eero or you may need an extender.

You need to be careful with an eero as to the best location, high up in a room with no electrical devices nearby is best. But they are designed to work better as part of a mesh system. If you would like the support team to look into this for you make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.
