I’m getting this 403 forbidden error when trying to access my TT account on my iPhone. In fact, it seems to happen when trying to access talktalk.co.uk in general.
I’m not having any problems on any other websites.
Thinking about it, I think it started after I tried to run a speed test a few days ago (via my iPhone). The test didn’t work and I think I’ve been getting the 403 error ever since.

Thanks both, problem resolved.
Clearing cache didn’t work immediately but left it half an hour or so and seems OK now.

Clear the cache on the phone. It's also worth trying an alternative browser, @Gwm-82.
It might help if you leave the router switched off for at least 30 minutes. Then it will start with a new session and you could try signing into My Account again.
