What does it mean when you go to book an open reach engineer and it say request submitted, does that mean an engineer will turn up, how do you know if it is confirmed?

Looking into the account based on the line checks you have completed an engineer is required. I have resumed the repair case for you so i can proceed to finalizing the engineer appointment. The earliest available date in 11/10/2025 will this be okay with you?
