Why are talk talk misleading customers into believing once cityfibre do the tech upgrade to future fibre that we will then get access to 150+ packages? I did this but when speaking to talk talk a week later to upgrade to fibre 150 told that cityfibre won’t allow talk talk customers to upgrade to fibfre 150 if they’ve just had the free upgrade in fibre! So basically I let them install the new fibre cables for no benefit to me at all. Only new properties having fibre installed can get the 150 and no landline allowed. Opposite of what I was told when I questioned them about this before upgrade!
