I have been looking forward to getting FFTP in the very near future.  According to Openreach,  via my home address, Talktalk is on their list as being available.  However, when I attempt to check availability on the TT website, it ‘refuses’ to provide any salient information, it merely states ‘subject to availability’.  I’ve live chatted with a couple of so called experts but to no avail - even to the extent of saying I was considering leaving and asking for PAC code.  Still no response!

So, any ideas anyone?

"Subject to availability" suggests there is high demand. Try contacting the customer loyalty team directly on 0345 172 5157. And there is no such thing as a PAC for broadband, if you want to to move to another provider see here:

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here: How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - Help & Support.
