My “Go Live Date” was today, 16th April 2025,
However the ONT box is still flashing on the “PON” and therefore not working?
Is this normal?
When I log into my account - it still says “inflight”
Can anyone check this?
I was transferred between 3 “experts” on Chat and no one was able to help me out apart from saying the account isn’t active yet?

is this something that can get fixed or will further complications arise?
I was with EE before TalkTalk and they did swap the ONT due to EE being the 1.6Gb package and the old ONT not supporting those speeds.
But will they be able to sort this out?

Unfortunately, still not working.
Turned it all off around 11pm and just switched it back on about 15 minutes ago.
Didn’t work.
Tried another reboot and still isn’t working / connecting.
the PON light is still flashing.

Just tried it on again and not working so I’ve got all fingers crossed for tomorrow morning or else I feel like I’ll be stuck without for a while due to how hard it is to get an engineer out anyway plus the Easter Break will add to the back log 🙏✨
I’ve never really had to wait past late afternoon before so not really got strong faith in this just somehow working but hey, you never know!
I’ll report back first thing in the morning as I’m up early anyway!

They always advise up to midnight I'm afraid. Obviously get back to us if it's still not live in the morning.

It could still go live anytime up until midnight. If you are still up late try switching the ONT off at the mains for 30 minutes before switching it back on again.
