How to consistently and easily access Community?

I cannot find a way to easily access the Community. I logged onto MyAccount and found the only way to get to Community was to select help and then keep selecting "Something Else", Eventually got to a option to go to Community. Once there sometimes I would be logged into Community others I tried the login. The stage 1 screen just blinked and stayed on. I never got to stage 2 or receive a code via email. This is most confusing.

Thanks for the update, @hughg1.

I'll lock the thread again for now, and escalate it again for a reply from staff.

I am using the 2nd option from @Billx  Direct log into community still doesn't return code. (Only appears to be a problem in Windows PC)

@hughg1, are you still having problems with signing into the community?

@hughg1, I am.locking this thread to new replies until staff reach it as it is falling back in the queue for attention with all the extra posts.

As I have raised it particularly for staff attention they will be following up during the week.

Yours is not an isolated case despite the fact that many other people not affected.

Both ways, still work on my system.

1. Directly via https://community.talktalk.co.uk/  and login the usual way and one-time-passcode received

or 2. Login to 'MyAccount', open a new tab at https://community.talktalk.co.uk/ , click the avatar/community icon at the top right. Now logged in. Can then log out of 'MyAccount, still logged in to TalkTalk Community.

The email address and password is the same in both cases.

We can't do anything about it while staff are not on here at the weekend, @hughg1.

I reported the issue to the manager two weeks ago and they were going to get Khoros, who run the software, to look into it.

I have now sent a chaser, but there's unlikely to be progress over the Bank Holiday.

I have tried without being in MyAccount but I just get the same problem with entering billing email in stage 1 it never moves on to stage 2, no email with code.

I was just about to show you what I do, directly from the community pages, not via My Account, and wanted to sign out to show you the processes from scratch, @hughg1, but I have tried the sign OUT option twice just now and found myself still signed in.....!

So, their software isn't working great at the moment and we'll highlight this for staff attention.

Normally for signing IN [as I do find myself logged out from time to time, at the software 's whim] I just log in directly in the community. I get the one time code sent to my billing address and simply put in the numbers. That's me in.
