The new fibre connection pit is 8 Metres from old copper one. Work on the metre wide garden strip is in hand and the fibre must be installed first.
I have tried the online support but can't get beyond the very annoying bot.

Having said that, staff don't usually get involved in orders and for any queries about the service are pointing customers to ring 03451 720074 [Monday to Saturday].

Have you tried offers and upgrades via My Account?
Note that even though you may have a connection nearby that offers may not yet be available to TalkTalk due to partnering agreements.
