Hello, another question for community, due to have Full Fibre fitted this coming Thursday, as I had pay as yo calls with previous package, was told I had to have Voip included in my package this time as a add on and at a cost, if I do not require this, can I cancel the Voip side off the package, before the Fibre is installed or have to take it and wait a month.

If you don't need a landline then you won't need VoIP. I would call them in advance to get this confirmed.
