I've received a Digital Voice Adapter as part of my new fibre connection. There is a note in the box to say that I need to "ensure that [it] is connected to initiate connected is to initiate your voice."
I can assure you my voice was initiated at birth. My mum said I had a cracking pair of lungs on me.
Please explain why TalkTalk wishes to re-initiate my voice.
