Moved To Full Fibre - AnyDesk not working

I have recently moved over to full fibre and now Anydesk remote support app does not work. I use this for work. Other posts here suggest turning off Scam protection. It is already turned off in my account security settings, but if I try to turn it on (to see if turning it on and back off again would help) I get an error Stating:
"There was a technical error

We’re sorry and working hard to resolve this. Please try again later."


I know i can manually add port forwarding possibly but I am not sure the full details I need to apply to my router for this.

Please help.

If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
You can also add your account number in the private notes field, which only you and the support staff can view.
