How to move engineer appointment to an earlier date?

Hi sjdavenport

 

The date given initially will be the earliest date available but you will be able to move the appointment to a later date if the current date isn't convenient

I doubt it very much, but wait and see what the support team have to say when they are back online tomorrow.
