Hi,
I have placed an order to be switched to TalkTalk Full Fibre from BT Full Fibre, I already have an ONT install but is saying 6th of April for engineer (which I don't need and they have confirmed that).
I have tried asking Live Chat if it was possible to bring the date forward but they were little confused.
I placed the order yesterday and was wondering if it can be brought forward, thanks
