Hi. 

I've had my FTTP 150 installed on 21st of April. Broadband worked fine until 27th of April then I've noticed there is red light on ONT box and no internet connection. I contacted Talk Talk via live chat and they booked me engineer for the next day. Engineer arrived next day morning and after  investigation he said that fibre cable is broken outside of my property. He replaced broken cable but he snapped the new cable during installation in the same area twice. After that he said that conduit to my property is not right causing cable being snapped. He said he will come back same day but he never did. 

I contacted talk talk on live chat every day since last friday 28th of April for any update on my issue but the only answer I've got was: "Openreach working to resolve your connection problem". Nobody even came in to do visual inspection since.

 I phoned talk talk customer service today and they said complain team will contact me today to give me an update on my issue but they didn't. 

The fact is I have no internet connection for 8 following days. No help from Talktalk. I feel helpless and frustrated. I don't know when or if anyone will come to me to resolve my connection issue and when I'll get back online. What can I do?
