OpenReach Install caused damage

Hi

My fibre connection was installed this afternoon and all seemed to be well. However, I’ve now turned the TV on to find no satellite signal. I went outside and saw the Open Reach engineer has drilled through the satellite cable when running the fibre cable on the outside of the house.

I now have no TV and is too late to get hold of customer services- I’m not even sure what option to select as this isn’t a problem with my new service itself.

I can arrange to get it fixed but I’d like compensation for this - we only had the satellite fitted 2 years ago and the cable was definitely damaged today.

Could someone advise me on how to get this sorted please?

Thank you 🙂
