Hi Guy's
I have an issue that OpenReach have not connected my house to Full Fibre but they tell me I have to chase this through TalkTalk, in which case I think the Community Stars here are more likely to be able to help than the TT Chat Line.
I live in xxxxxx OpenReach tell me they have no plans to put Full Fibre here any time soon, however, the adjacent road has recently been given Full Fibre.
I built my house 11 years ago and know for sure that my phone connection, along with Water and Electricity come directly from Warren Close in a duct so it would be a simple matter for OpenReach to pull a fibre connection through this duct from ...
The question is how can I speak to someone about this?

@macgd016, I've removed some specific address details from the original post. It's best to keep that sort of information in the profile area, though I appreciate the fact that you needed to refer to both postcodes in your topic.

@macgd016, I completely understand your concerns and have read through your post as in simplification method, you are currently interested in one of our latest plans which is Full Fibre (FTTP) however this is currently not available at your post code as you have also made Openreach aware of this, but they re-directed you to us.
In addition, with this being said, I can confirm that we are working hard to expanding our latest plans, but communication will occur once this is available at your home.
Furthermore, for more information on this, kindly get in touch with our Full Fibre department using 03451720074 as our team will further provide all information about our Full Fibre plan. VOICE - Mon-Fri: 9am-7pm; Sat: 9am-6pm; Sun: closed.

Hello again. I'm not sure whether you have read my post or are only able to cut and paste from your crib sheet but what you have written really doesn't help me at all.
If by chance you are reading all of what I am writing you will see that I am currently connected by Fibre to Cabinet with the copper portion passing through the same ducting that supplies BS41 9FB. I am the last house on this loop but for whatever reason OpenReach did not pull their Fibre through to my house when they upgraded BS41 9FB.
I have tried to speak with OpenReach about this but they have directed me to do this through TT which is why I have posted here.
If you are unable to help with this please say so and let me know how I can progress this though TT

Over 22 million UK homes now have access to Fibre broadband. However, there are still some customers who can’t order Fibre yet. We offer phone and broadband services to around 95% of the UK, so there's a small portion we don’t cover yet. If your exchange isn't within our range, you won't be able to order our services. The good news is we’re constantly investing in our network and working with an increasing number of suppliers to offer the largest footprint across the UK, so keep checking our website for availability. The majority of UK homes are connected to a green cabinet, which is connected to the local exchange. However, a small number of homes have a line that connects directly to the exchange. These are called “exchange only” (EO) lines. If you have an EO line, or your line is simply too long to carry a stable Fibre connection, then you won’t be able to get Fibre from TalkTalk or any other provider.
Whilst we understand it's disappointing that full fibre isn't yet available in your area, the good news is that TalkTalk work with a variety of FTTP suppliers meaning we have one of the largest footprints in the UK.
Keep checking the TalkTalk website regularly so you can order full fibre as soon as one of suppliers roll it out in your area.

Hello mandisal1-TT, thanks for your reply. I have already checked with your post code checker and the OpenReach one and Full Fibre is not available at BS41 9DA and there are no current plans to do so which is why I messaged here.
As I have said above my copper cable comes directly from BS41 9FB which has recently been upgraded, but for some reason they have not pulled the fibre cable to my house despite there being a duct for this purpose.
I'm unable to speak to OpenReach directly but they have asked me do this through TT, hence my post
