On the 27th at 10am my connection suddenly dropped, the PON light is off and LOS light red on the ONT.
After an hour on the phone I got it reported and need Open Reach to visit my property. I agreed to an appointment via Live Chat on 28th June for today AM but I've not heard a single thing from Open Reach.
Is my connection dropping like this going to be a thing? I've been with TT a month and already getting this bother.
Anyone know any potential fixes?
