Since moving to TalkTalk Full Fibre I am unable to see any details of my package online. It appears as if these details have not been available since my landline as removed when full fibre was installed!
Please advise as to where I can find my current account package details.

Anne, I haven’t a clue what’s going on here! It’s impossible to contact anyone from TalkTalk to discuss any issues. I moved to full fibre in 2021. The service has been good however I can’t see any details of my account, when it comes to an end, how much I’m paying etc. My online account says I’m disconnected and can’t see any bills etc. I’m going around in circles trying to find out. Do you have contact number whereby I can speak to someone?
