The phone worked perfectly on the old copper line.
It has been switched to my new Fiber Broadband by plugging it into the green socket on the router.
The phone will work correctly for outgoing calls.
On incoming calls, I phone the landline from my mobile and the landline phone did not ring although I could hear a ringing tone on my mobile.
When the landline was picked up, it was working normally.
My Landline phone is a BT BIG BUTTON +, the new router was fitted on the 29th Feb 2024.

I went out and bought a new landline phone which works.
So it was the phone at fault.

I have discussed this with TalkTalk personnel (BOT, John, Jennas, Mario, Hanna, Thelmar) to no avail.
Do I need a new phone or a new router?
