Please can a COE pick this up. This has been going on since August 23, it is being dealt with as a complaint , but we have been promised a phone call twice and neither have been received. The issue is unresolved and the complaint not concluded.
If this isn't resolved, I will be taking this straight to the ombudsman. I have all your emails and failed appts noted.
Please I just need to speak to Keira from the Burnley office who was dealing with this from last year

I have asked one of TalkTalk's support to pick your thread up and investigate it for you.
They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first.
