Router power supply broken following local power outage this morning

Hi, my local area had a power cut this morning - the power went out suddenly then came back two hours later. This appears to have broken the router power supply unit, as per Loss of wi fi after power cut - TalkTalk Community. Please dispatch a new power supply for Sagemcom FAST 5464 Router, or if this is not possible, a replacement Sagemcom FAST 5464. Thank you

Please note I won't be able to run checks for you on my end hence why I'll need you to call or chat in, once you do the issue will be looked into as soon as possible. Thanks

I don't want to do that please. The phone and live chat teams always take ages to answer, and often can't understand the problem, and won't be able to view the link I've sent you, which gives all the information needed - your routers can't handle power outages, this is a known issue. Please can this just be dealt with by someone on here. Thanks

I'll need you to contact our full fibre team so they can run diagnostics on this and have a replacement sent out if required. Thanks

No physical damage. Sorry which checks? The thread Loss of wi fi after power cut - TalkTalk Community describes the issue - my router has the same symptoms

Please note that checks are required in order to pick up the fault and send out a replacement if required. Please confirm if the router has any physical damage? Thanks
