In the article, 'How to use HomeSafe', at https://help-centre.talktalk.co.uk/Broadband/Security/How_to_use_HomeSafe ,
in the section, 'Scam Protection' --> 'How do I turn Scam Protection Off?',
incorrect instructions are given.
It says, to turn Scam Protection Off:
It should say, to turn Scam Protection Off
A quicker route is,
--
It is a similar case, in the article,
where it says, under 'Activating selective call rejection',
Inexplicably, it gives the wrong instructions, twice.
In order to activate selective call rejection, one first has to get to the right webpage,
https://myaccount.talktalk.co.uk/myservices/myservices/view
To get to the right page:
This brings one to right screen: 'https://myaccount.talktalk.co.uk/myservices/myservices/view'
where one can tick/untick the 'Last Caller Barring' box and then the Update button.
As these are important links,
Please, could these be flagged, and be amended?
Thank you

The other thing I forgot to mention, is that Talktalk should avoid using a million different versions of a link, to the same target webpage. just because their programmers can do it.
