Since switch from copper to fibre I have been unable to access some sites. Google says could be a homesafe issue but I can't get to homesafe from my account as it's "unavailable". Some websites don't recognise I'm in UK so won;t let me in. Has anybody had this problem and solved it, please?

Thanks for your help. I was tearing my hair out with customer "support" but the help on the end of that phone line sorted problem straight away. I didn't know it was sorted though as I had gone away for three weeks so couldn't check it. Anyway the guy I spoke to switched off scam protection and virus alerts ( which is why I was trying to get into HomeSafe) and all is well.
Thanks again, both.

If it's registering you as outside the UK do you use a VPN? If so disable it for those sites.
If not then try turning both your router and box off for 30 minutes and then on again.
Let us know how it goes but as staff here don't have access to the full fibre systems you may have to phone them tomorrow when they reopen.
