Hello,

I have been contacted by TalkTalk about increased charges to landline linked connections starting April and saw the option to not increase the charge but switch to Full fibre. I have realized now that my current router connection may not be full fibre (master socket 5C) and cannot find how to request an installation of FTTP to my property with TalkTalk? Could someone pleases help me figure out how to request this from them?

It's a totally new installation, @dditsova.

You need to look at offers on the main Talktalk website and if you put in your postcode, check availability.

If you want to keep the use of your landline phone number, order VOIP, so NOT data only.

This usually entails ordering in person over the phone [03451 720088] or use Chat.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link in the post at the top of any forum message board.
