I phoned Talktalk to discuss VOIP and for some reason they switched my FTTP off (installed 3 years ago) and now wont reenable it.  I said I no longer want VoIP as they sent me a new router with no phone socket!!  Can anyone at TT re enable my FF broadband?  I am using an old bband connection via copper landline at the moment but its slow...

You will need to call 03451 720088 or use Chat to discuss the details, @JohnLAd, as forum staff can't set up deals.

 

It sounds like you will need a new order and make it clear at the time whether or not you want VOIP.

 

Sometimes they deal with City Fibre, sometimes Openreach or others, so you need to check which firm installed the original Full Fibre, to avoid duplication of that work.
