So full-fibre is now available in my location, and EE are desperate for me to move over to them, and are offering money to switch out of contract.
At the moment, there is no upgrade path on the TalkTalk account page, so I'm stuck on FTTC. I did contact a few weeks ago, and was told it should appear eventually.
Any idea how long this will take, as if it's not going to appear soon, I may have to move - I've literally been waiting years for the day I could get full fibre! 😘

Once an area is kitted out, its not unusual for a company to contract for exclusivity for a period of time.
TalkTalk will not be able to advise on how long it will be until they get access to FF in your area, so unfortunately, you will either have to sit tight and hope its sooner rather than later, or make a decision on other actions.
