Upgrading to Full fibre with digital voice

I have ordered Ful fibre and digital voice as I have recently had a letter saying it will cost me £12 more if I stay on analogue.

I gather that I will be getting a new router, please confirm.  Will I also get an adaptor for the existing landline phone to plug into the router? My wife is sight impaired so needs the existing big button phone.

I already have fibre installed up to the house. I take it I will be informed of a date that the service will switch over from analogue to digital?

That should come with a Sagemcom Hub 2.

You may already have a Sagemcom model, @buzzy2, but this one has a slot in the back of it for a traditional phone.

Should feel familiar, rather than Eeros and adapters etc.

There is 'Full fibre and digital voice 65' and there is 'Full fibre and digital voice 150',

and depending on which you ordered, you will be given different equipment.
