I was previously able to receive phone calls and make chargeable calls but now I have no dial tone.

I get a message saying device not registered.

How do I resolve this?

You will need to reach out to TalkTalk directly as they no longer offer support on the community. Details in the footnote to my post. 

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
