FIBRE 500 has increased from about £30 18 months ago to £50. Why?

Further explanation to this @MORDQ would be that you have reached your contract end date (Out-of-contract) which will also result in all the discounts added to your account the first time you have signed up have come to an end, resulting in all prices included in your plan reverting back to standard pricing.

You are probably now out of contract.
