My land line phone on voice over internet ceased working 2 days ago. cannot call out and cannot receive. I have spent 2 hours waiting in queue on live chat to try to talk to someone and not getting through. please can someone sort this out?
I have done the usual things of unplugging, replugging , checking wires etc and no my phone is not on divert and I do not live in the South East so whatever problem they have is not West midlands

There is a current faultly affecting some customers with Digital Voice (VoIP). The landlines are showing as not registered and in place of dial tone on the phone is a continuous tone like NU.
It is also causing a weird, quick light flashing between amber & white on the Sagemcom Wi-Fi Hub 2. When logged into the router, it shows the phone as not being registered.
On a Grandstream DVA, I would expect that the lights on it show that the phone is not registered either.

Hi there @jenfedup We're aware some customers may be experiencing issues making or receiving calls with their digital voice service (VoIP).
Some customers may have received an automated SMS advising this has been resolved, this is still ongoing and we're sorry for any confusion caused.
