Caller ID not working - need help please

Hi,

My caller ID stopped working on my VOIP.  It said it was active in my telephone boosts, but its showing anonymous on every call I receive.  I went on my boosts and turned it off with the intention of switching it back on to see if that would work, however, now it says I can't make changes as their are outstanding changes pending.  It has been like this for over a week.

 

Help please 🙂
