My new talk talk digital fibre router is up and running but none of the ports on the back fit my old BT home phone   Where do I get the correct connector from or do I need a new DECT phone?

If you are using a Wi-Fi Hub 2 and Wi-Fi Hub 3 the ATA port is built into the router. If you are using an eero an adapter is provided. This needs to be connected to the eero to allow a home phone to be plugged in.

Did you specifically request a phone line and to keep your phone number?

If so the adaptor should have been ordered at the time. I know there was a job keeping up with demand recently though so it may be delayed.

If you can let us know staff will be able to look into for you.

For a quicker reply can you please ensure you have your personal information up to date in your profile including your TalkTalk landline phone number so your account can be traced. Link here - https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/personal-profile:personal-info
If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
You can also add your account number in the private notes field, which only you and the support staff can view.
Please post back when done.
Thank you
