I have the same problem with Call Safe (which previously worked OK) ever since I re-contracted on May 7th 2025 and have been going around in circles with TalkTalk support and the problem never ever gets resolved. Also, adding or removing a boost then causes Caller Display to stop working. The tech support guys get that working OK but can never fix Call Safe. Dialling 1472 and pressing "1" says it has been activated but then dialling 1472 it then ask me to activate the service again and then says to dial 150 as the service can't be activated. I have raised a complaint with TalkTalk but that, so far, has resulted in zero feed back.
Can anyone from TalkTalk tech support who actually is aware of this issue that seems to affect a number of customers respond please? I am on VOIP with FTTH 150Mbps internet. Thank you.

Here we go again. I KNOW how to use Call Safe, it's just that it doesn't work/activate! How I regret recontracting with TalkTalk as tech support staff don't seem
to be able to grasp the fact that there are numerous posts on here about Call Safe all stating the same issue but no resolution. My Account online says Call Safe is switched on but since May 7th shows " an order is outstanding" when I try to manage phone boosts. Why? I presume this is related to my issue?

Hi. Have tried this morning and Call Safe still asking me to activate it but then doesn't activate.

Hi @gcbus2 I'm sorry to hear that, nothing is more distressing that feeling like you are passed around when all you want is help. I have checked on the notes on the account and you contact us yesterday and the agent that you spoken with advised that it will take up to 24hours for the feature to be able to work, this was done at 9h06 am, can you confirm if you have tried this morning to check it has been activated?
