My OH started complaining that TT Supersafe was coming in her face prompting her to activate Safe Browsing for the Chrome Browser which she uses all the time, and for which Safe Browsing was already activated. See the attached screenshot. I checked the extension was enabled and it was. I clicked "Don't ask me again" and it did. I removed the extension, re-installed, activated it and could see the icon with the green tick in the toolbar. It didn't take long before the Supersafe prompt came up again. I believe I have resolved the problem, as a few days have passed without that prompt recurring. It transpires the Google Chrome on that PC is configured with two user instances. It refers to one as "Person 1" and the username is the user's Tiscali email address. This is the instance normally in use. It refers to the other instance as "Maralyn" and the username is an old unused Gmail address. It seems that the SuperSafe browser extension was not activated on the latter instance. By activating the extension on the "Maralyn" instance, the annoying prompt has been stopped. I wonder why it recently decided to prompt for this, when it hasn't done so for the last few years.SuperSafe screenshotSuperSafe screenshot

Thank you for your reply. We have Supersafe version 25.2. Perhaps the latest version had an improved checking process, compared to the earlier one. I just thought I would mention this in the community, in case anyone else  has a similar problem.

Hi @jbuchanangb this normally happen when supersafe is update to the latest version and automatically it keeps up it will detect website that are harmful that is why when she access some website it is prompting her to activate. Overtime it might block the website, what she can do is have the website added on homesafe and allow access.
