I have the same problem as others   My outbound is blocked despite being a TalkTalk broadband customer.  When will this problem be solved

Thanks for getting back to me.   Yes I have been getting emails saying to subscribe ti Everymail.

Hi there @ER_C007_007837_1 I am very sorry to hear this, as you are mentioning that you are a broadband customer, just to confirm did you receive an email stating that you should subcribe to Everymail as you are not a broadband customer?
