I posted yesterday and nambuso-TT emailed me to ask if I have been recieving emails asking me to join everymail which I have been. My problem is same as others using dsl.pipex.com domain. My send has been blocked despite still being a talk talk broadband customer. Thanks for your attention.

Click on your avatar, top towards the right and click on settings. Choose the Personal Information options and make sure you add your Talktalk phone number or account number in there. Scroll down further to SAVE CHANGES.

Hi Thanks for all help.I am now able to sent on my dsl.pipex account which has transferred to my present talktalk broadband account but my wifes dsl.pip[ex account is still not letting her send. Havin had login difficulties to the community I have changed name to walburt to see if it helps to login. Would like to update profile as well but cannot find way into profile manager. Any help appreciated.

So, where have you listed all your TalkTalk email addresses to be linked,
if it not in the 'private notes' section of your Community Profile, which is here:

I do not understand as I am still a talk talk broadband customer and am still receiving inbound emails. I have an active broadband account.
