I currently have a landline with TalkTalk, and am considering a new contract. Many providers are switching to digital voice services by Dec 2025, and at the latest Jan 2027. Are TalkTalk prepared for this changeover, and how will my phone be affected? There doesn’t seem to be much on the website about it!

Thank you @denzil2002. While Fullfibre might not currently be accessible in your area, TalkTalk plans to introduce it there soon. If you're able to recontract with us, you could take advantage of significant discounts available to you.

@denzil2002, if ordering Full Fibre, make sure that you order digital voice with the order at the same time, to keep your phone number.
It may come with a £2.00 monthly fee, before calls, as some packages don't bundle it in inclusively, unlike the inclusive copper lines in recent years.
