This is Rob Doughty, BS16 XX a/c XXXXXXC REMOVED FOR SECURITY REASONS Some while ago you notified me the fault on the phone line was repaired. However I suspect my mobile is receiving more calls than usual and that the divert from landline to mobile hasn't been removed. This can of course be done- it should have applied when you told me the repair had been attended to.
