This is Rob Doughty, BS16 XX  a/c XXXXXXC REMOVED FOR SECURITY REASONS Some while ago you notified me the fault on the phone line was repaired.  However I suspect my mobile is receiving more calls than usual and that the divert from landline to mobile hasn't been removed.  This can of course be done- it should have applied when you told me the repair had been attended to.

@siphosethu-TT, the customer should not be revealing so much identification information. 

 

@DOUGHTY1953, I have removed part of your post code and all your account number. 

 

The place for that sort of thing is in your community forum profile details area. Go via your avatar; settings; add your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.
