Question is in title. If yes, was it successful? and when.

Like you, I'm still waiting too. No communication about this from TT whatsoever!

I am just stating was the last I have heard on this subject. I have asked one of TalkTalk's support to pick your thread up and advise it for you.

They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first.

The TalkTalk Community has now moved to a peer-to-peer support model. This means that the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry, there are plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - TalkTalk Help & Support

Keith,

Thanks for your response.

I realise that that used to be the case, but if you read my , unfortunately rather long, thread titled

'When will my home phone be converted to VOIP?'

in this forum, you'll see that TalkTalk have invited me to do this as part of starting to charge £12 a month for a copper landline. And I've chatted with Giovanie who has twice confirmed that all I have to do is wait for it to happen, so I really wanted to hear from anyone who has completed (or failed to complete) the process.

With CityFibre Digital Voice cannot be added subsequently, only at the point of initial order.
