Ok thank you. If you gently remove the faceplate (there may be wires connected to the faceplate underneath) and connect the phone at the test socket, do you have a dial tone?

Hi,
The separate voice line still looks active. I've run a voice line test now which is showing a loop fault. Does this socket (the copper voice one) have a test socket please?

What make/model of router do you have, if it is the Sagemcom FAST5464, the phone socket is covered with tape that needs to be removed first. Did you tell TalkTalk that you wanted Digital Voice?
