Keep getting an engaged tone when I call mobiles

I keep getting engaged tones when I call several different mobiles even with the people next to me and can see they are not on their phones.They however can ring me okay.This has been happening for several weeks

Just to update you I can now call vodafone numbers so I am not sure if your line test sorted the problem.The only other thing is my friend

deleted my number then put it back into his contacts.Anyway fingers crossed it won't happen again

Hello,

 

Do you know any mobile numbers on a different network that you could try calling so we can confirm if this is solely related to Vodafone numbers please?

Thank you for your reply 

I am able to ring Landlines okay but I have been unable to ring a close neighbour ( who often helps me) for over 3 months and also my Brother who supports me sometimes! I have checked what mobile provider they use and they both use Vodafone.They do not have any problems with anyone else ringing their phones.Only me!
 
My neighbours number is  07587 125 XXX   which gives out an engaged tone always and we have tried it with us both present although he can ring me.Do your systems show that I have tried several times to ring this number

I'm sorry for the delay. I've run a test on the line now which is clear. Is it just mobiles affected, can you dial landline numbers ok? Are the mobiles all on the same network?
