WHEN I TRY TO MAKE A CALL ALL I GET IS AN ENGAGED SIGNAL ON ALL THE PHONES IN THE HOUSE.THEY SAY IT IS IN PROGRESS OF BEING CHECKED BUT IT WAS REPORTED AT 15.59 hrs AND IT IS NOW 21.20hrs ." TRACK MY FAULT " SAYS AN UPDATE IN 5 MINUTES BUT NOTHING APPEARS AND I CANNOT PHONE ANYONE TO GET AN ANSWER.

Oops! I must have been in full blown retirement mode in my reply, as when I typed my reply I was convinced it was Friday.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
