My father is with TalkTalk and his landline is not working and hasn't been for a couple of days (at least). He is 80 years old and as such is vulnerable for obvious reasons! He isn't in a place where he is able to report this himself...hence this message. I can provide more info on request but this needs fixing quickly. Thank you.

Thank you for getting back to me.
I’m not very familiar with the Community functions. I have added my landline number – which we don’t actually use – and my mobile number to my profile. I cannot see where I can add my father’s info. Grateful for your advice asap.

I'm sorry to hear this. Please can you add your fathers name, home telephone or account number and an alternative contact number in your Community Profile and I can escalate this over to our Faults Escalation Team for them to make contact with you. Please do not post any personal information on the Community. Post back here to confirm once your profile has been updated.
