Landline (VoIP) not working and have not been able to make or receive calls for last two days...wish I'd stayed with the old copperline. Moved over to digital voice in March.

 

SMC team are aware of the issue.

REF: 15674851.

 

I ran a test myself and it did confirm a fault.

 

Looks like a lot of customer's are having the same issue.

 

Any advice?
