We've received an update to advise that the fault has been resolved by Openreach. Is your voice service now working ok?

This fault is still with Openreach. I will check on this again later this afternoon for further updates from Openreach.

Thank you. We've checked and can see that the fault has been raised over to Openreach and is under investigation with a line engineer. We'll check again this afternoon for more updates and will post back here.

Try reporting this via Chat asap (they close live chat 9pm today), @happyhouse37, as forum staff are not back on here before Monday.
