I have had this message on my phone for some days. No dial tone and no inbound calls. No phone light on modem. Have tried the usual things to no avail.

I'm really sorry to hear that you're experiencing a fault with your voice service and we can take a look at this for you.

 

Can you please update your community profile to include your:

 

  • Name
  • TalkTalk Telephone number
  • Alternative contact number

We'll then look into this further. Please do not post this information on this thread. Once you've updated your profile please post in your topic to confirm it's updated.
